Paal putt is a tasty breakfast recipe
Ingredients
Puttu Podi – 2 Cups
Milk Powder – 3 tbspn
Salt – to taste
Water- as required
Ghee – 2 Tbsp
Grated Coconut – 1/2 Cup
Grated Carrot – 3/4 Cup
Sugar – 2 tbspn
Preparation
In a bowl, add rice flour, salt and required water, mix well, then keep aside. In another bowl, add grated coconut, carrot, sugar, ghee and milk powder, mix well, then mix this with rice flour, then steam it by fill the putt maker.
