Preparation
Boil macaroni in sunflower oil, water, turmeric powder, and salt. Sauté onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chili, tomato, and capsicum in sunflower oil or butter.Add turmeric powder, chili powder, Kashmiri chili powder, salt, garam masala, curry leaves, tomato sauce, and soy sauce to the pan.Mix the cooked macaroni with the sauteed ingredients.Add leftover beef curry to the mixture and cook it together.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and cover the pan for 2 minute.
