Carrot ladies finger stir fry

Carrots

grated coconut

mustard seeds

turmeric powder

salt

dried red chilies

water

vegetable oil

Preparation

Wash and chop ladies finger and carrots into small pieces. Grind coconut.Heat oil in a pan.Add mustard seeds to the pan and let them splutter.Add chopped bitter gourd and carrots to the pan and stir fry.Add turmeric powder, salt, and dried red chilies to the pan and mix well.If the vegetables stick to the pan, add a little water and cover the pan to simmer.Cook for 15 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked through.Serve hot.
