Spongy milk cake for evening snacks
Ingredients

sugar 3/4cup
oil 1/4 cup
maida 1 cup
baking powder 1tsp
salt 1 pinch
milk 1/2cup
butter 3 tbsp
vanila essence 1 tsp
Preparation
Blend egg, sugar and oil in a mixer, then transfer it to a bowl, add dry ingredients to it through a siever. Mix it well. Boil milk and butter together, then add it to the cake mix, mix it again , then transfer it to a cake tin, after tapping it well, bake the cake.
