quinoa-1 cup
grated carrot-1/2 cup
onion-1/2 cup
spring onion-1/2 cup
dills-1/2 cup
capsicum-1/2 cup
cabbage-1/2 cup
chilly flakes-1 tsp

Preparation
Wash quinoa seeds 3-4 times, then soak overnight, next morning, grind it with water, then pour the batter to a bowl, add chopped vegetables, salt and chilly flakes. Mix well. Heat a pan, apply oil, then pour the batter like a pan cake size, cook both sides.
