Chicken Cutlet

Ingredients
oil
onion-3
salt
ginger garlic crushed-3 tsp
turmeric-1/4 tsp
pepper powder-1/2 tsp
chicken masala-1 tsp
shredded chicken
potato mashed
sugar-1 tsp
coriander leaves
bread crumbs
eggs
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan, add onion and salt, saute it well, next add ginger garlic, mix well, next add masala powders, combine well, then add cooked chicken and potato mashed, mix it with masala, after 3 minutes of mixing add sugar and coriander, mix again, then turn off flame. Wait until the mix cooled down, take a bottle cap, fill the mix, then remove from cap, prepare cutlet in this way. Dip the cutlet in egg, then coat it in bread crumbs, then fry it until turn golden brown.
