Green gram curry for rice and chapathi

turmeric-1 tsp
salt

Preparation
Heat a pan, add green gram, roast it well, then crush it in a mixie jar. Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add mustard, then pop it well, add onion, green chilly, garlic, tomato and curry leaves, saute it well, next add turmeric and chilly powder, mix it well, next add crushed green gram, mix well, then add salt and coconut paste, pour water, then boil it well. Cover the cooker and cook it 2-3 whistle.
