Ingredients

prawns

ginger garlic paste

chilly powder-1 tsp

kashmiri chilly powder-1 tsp

curry leaves

green chilly-2

lemon juice-1 tsp

salt

turmeric

rice flour- 1 tsp

corn flour-1 tsp

coconut oil-1 tsp

Preparation

Take cleaned prawns in a bowl, add masala powders, salt, lemon juice, rice and corn flours, curry leaves, green chilly and a little coconut oil, mix well, then keep aside for 20 more minutes, then fry it.
