Eid Special Pudding

Ingredients

milk-1 ltr

corn flour-6 tbsp

pista crushed-100 gm

condensed milk- 1 cup

cardamom-1 tsp

bread

Preparation

Boil milk in a pan, add condensed milk, mix well, then add corn flour milk mix, stir it well , add cardamom, once it become cooked and get thick, add pista powder, combine well. Then turn off flame. In a glass tray, place bread after the sides removed, then pour the mix above, again add second layer of bread, pour mix again, then finally, decorate it with pista powder, then let it cool well.
