Onion Curry

Only onion is needed to prepare this curry, it is combo for breakfast as well as rice

Ingredients

Onion

Oil

Green chillies

Curry Leaves

Mustard seeds

Fennel Seeds

Ginger

Garlic

Coriander Powder

Chilli Powder

Turmeric Powder

Salt

Garam Masala Powder

Water

Preparation

Heat coconut oil in a clay pot, add mustard, let it pop well, then add cumin, after roasting it well, add onion, saute it for a minute, next add curry leaves and ginger garlic crushed, mix well, then add green chillies, saute it until it become soft, add salt and masala powders, mix it until the raw smell gone, then pour hot water, boil it well, once it become thick and gravy consistency, add curry leaves and turn off flame.
