Oats pan cake for weight loss

Ingredients

oats- 1 cup

small banana-5

egg-2

cinnamon powder-1/2 tsp

cardamom powder-1/2 tsp

cocoa powder-1 tbsp

Honey

Preparation

Heat a pan, add oats, then roast it well. In a mixie jar, add banana, and egg, grind it well, then add cocoa powder, cinnamon and cardamom powder, grind it again, then make pan cake with this batter. Serve it with berries and honey.
