Jack fruit sweet as evening snack
Ingredients
jackfruit pulp

coconut
salt
sugar
cardamom powder
cashew nuts
wheat flour
Preparation
Grind coconut pulp, then add the mix to a pan, turn on flame, then mix it with a spoon, once it starts thickening , add ghee, combine well, then add sugar, cardamom and coconut, mix everything well, next we have to add wheat flour, its for stiff the mix, combine all until it cooked enough, then turn off flame, wait for cool down the heat. Then make small balls, finally, shallow fry it.
