Tapioca – 650 gm

Onion – 1
Ginger – a small piece
green chillies – 3
Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Curry Leaves
Oil
Preparation
Boil tapioca well, then sieve it to a strainer, after that take it in a bowl, mash it with a spoon or fork, then add chopped items, salt, crushed pepper, add rice flour for stiffness,then knead it well , now make vada with this, finally, fry it well.
