Appam with rice flour

Ingredients

rice flour-2 cup

water

cooked rice-1/2 cup

sugar-2 tsp

yeast-1 tsp

coconut- 1 cup

salt

Preparation

Add rice flour to a bowl, add water, mix it well and remove all lumps. Then transfer it to a mixie jar, add cooked rice, sugar, yeast, and salt, grind it well and make a fine paste, transfer it to a bowl, then keep aside for 1 night, add coconut paste to the batter, combine well, rest again for 1 hour, then make soft appam.
