Bread evening snack
Ingredients
Bread slices – 6
Banana – 2
Grated coconut – 2 Tbsp
Jaggery powder – 1 Tbsp
Milk – 2 Tbsp
Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp
Ghee
Maida – 1/2 Cup
Water – 1 Cup
Bread Crumbs – 1 Cup
Oil
Preparation
Heat a pan, add ghee, then add finely sliced banana pieces, fry it both sides well, then add jaggerry powder, coconut, and cardamom powder, combine well, then pour milk, mix it completely absorb, then turn off flame. Prepare a maida batter with maida, salt and water. Take bread , add banana mix above the bread, then add another bread above, press well, then cut the bread into 4 pieces, dip the pieces in maida mix, then coat it well with bread crumbs, now fry it in hot oil.
