Healthy pizza
Ingredients

lemon juice-3 tsp
olive oil-1/4 cup
paprika powder-1 tsp
water-1/4 cup
zuccini-2

chilly flakes-1 tsp

pepper powder-1/2 tsp
capsicum-1/2 cup
carrot-1
egg-3
salt
pepper
milk-250 ml
wheat flour-200 gm
cheese
Preparation
For mayonnaise, grind boiled egg with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, paprika powder, salt and water, and make creamy texture. Grate zuccini, add salt, mix it well, then set aside. Saute vegetables in olive oil, then add pepper powder, chilly flakes and salt, keep this aside. Beat egg with salt and pepper powder, pour milk, then add wheat flour to make a batter, add veggies to it, zuccini too, mix well. Pour the mix to a pizza tin, then bake it well, apply mayonnaise above, and fill the top with cheese, bake it again, then have it.
