A variety breakfast dish with mango, kids will like this.
Ingredients
eggs – 2

Salt – 1 pinch
butter – 1 tsp
Wheat flour/ all purpose flour – 1 cup
milk -1 cup
Greek Yoghurt – 6 tablespoons
Chopped mangoes – 2 cups
Honey – 1 tablespoon
Preparation
In a blender, add egg, milk, mango, wheat flour and salt, blend it well and make a fine batter. Make thin pan cakes with this batter. Take a bowl, add curd and honey, mix well, apply this one side of the pan cake, then add finely chopped mango pieces, then fold it.
