Egg and potato breakfast

Ingredients

egg-2

potato-1

turmeric

pepper powder

salt

cheese

butter

oregano

chilly flakes

Preparation

Chop potato into slices. Bread eggs to a bowl, add salt, urmeric and pepper powder, mix well, then keep aside. Heat butter in a pan, add potatoes, saute it well, then place it evenly above the pan, then pour egg above, cook the potatoes in low flame, then add grated cheese and chilly flakes in it, cook it again until cheese melts, then serve it.
