Ingredients
moong dal- 1 cup
ginger-1/2
cauliflower-1/2
green chilly-2
onion-1/2
garlic- 1 tbsp
carrot-1/2
spring onion.-1/2 cup
coriander leaves-1 handful
salt
turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
chilly flakes-1 tsp
Preparation
Soak moongdal for 2 hrs, then grind it well and make a thick batter. Crush other ingredients and add to the batter, add salt and chilly flakes. Combine all, then make roti with this thick batter.
