urad dal-1/2 cup

jaggerry juice

cardamom powder

coconut

oil for frying

Preparation

Soak urad dal for 3-4 hrs, then grind it well and make a thick batter. Heat a pan, add jaggerry juice, boil it well, add coconut and cardamom powder, mix well until water dissolves completely. Once the heat gone make small balls from it, then dip it in urad dal batter, then deep fry it.
