Preparation

For making chicken masala, heat oil and ghee mix in a large pan, add onion and salt, then saute it well, next add ginger, garlic and chilly crushed, then add masala powders, mix it well until the raw smell gone, next add tomato, combine all, add chicken then, cook it well, add coriander and mint leaves, then turn off flame. Heat oil in a large pot, add whole spices, roast it for a minute, next add washed rice, mix it well, pour water, add salt and carrot, cook the rice about 80%, then make it dum process,..
