Beef curry with thick gravy is very tasty for rice, chapathi, appam and porotta
INGREDIENTS
beef-1 kg
onion-2
tomato-2
ginger garlic paste
green chilly
coconut oil
fenugreek-1 pinch
curry leaves
turmeric-1/2 tsp
kashmiri chilly powder-2 1/2 tbsp
coriander powder-2 tbsp
fennel powder-1/2 tsp
garam masala powder-1/2 tsp
pepper powder-1/2 tsp
Preparation
Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add fenugreek, let it pop well, then add onion, saute it for 5 minutes, next add curry leaves and ginger garlic paste, saute it for 1-2 minutes, next add masala powders, combine it for another 1 minute, now add tomato, once it will become mashed add beef, mix it with masala, then cover the cooker, cook it for 5-7 whistle. Curry is ready
