Butter garlic chicken rice, flavourful lunch for kids
Ingredients :
chicken-1/2kg
sakt-1/2tspn
pepper -1/2tspn
(rest for 15-30mints)
maida-2tbls
oil-2tbls
(fry on medium flame)
basmathi rice-2cup
(soak 15-20mints)
butter-50g
garlic-2tbls
maid-1tbls
chicken stock cubes-2
water-4cup
chilli-4,5
coriander/parsley leaves-handfull
PREPARATION
Marinate chicken with salt and pepper powder, then keep aside for 30 minutes. Add maida to chicken, coat well. Then fry chicken and set aside. Heat butter in a pan, add garlic, saute it well, then add chicken stock and maida, combine it well, next pour water, add parsley leaves too, let it boil well, now add soaked rice, cook it well, add chicken pieces to the cooked rice, mix well, then serve it.
