wheat flour-2 cup

egg-3-4

onion-2

green chilly

garlic

tomato

coriander-1/2 tsp

garam masala-1/4 tsp

pepper powder

turmeric

oil

Preparation

Prepare a wheat flour dough with wheat flour, salt, water and oil. For filling, heat oil in a pan, add garlic, saute it well, then add onion and green chilly, add salt, then add tomato, once it cooked enough, add masala powders, then add grated egg, mix well then turn off flame. Divide the dough into medium balls, then flatten it into medium thick, add filling, then cover it with another chapathi, cut the edges if you want perfect shape, then shallow fry it.
