Mambazha Pulisseri, a tasty kerala dish
Ingredients
mango-10
salt
turmeric-1/2 tsp
chilly powder-1/2 tsp
coconut-1 cup
curd-1 cup
green chilly-
cumin-1/2 tsp
jaggerry juice
coconut oil
mustard
fenugreek
dry chilly and curry leaves
PREPARATION
cut sides of mango, then add whole part to a pot, add turmeric, salt, chilly powder and water, then boil it. Grind coconut with cumin, green chilly, curd and water, add the paste to cooked mango, add jaggerry juice too, boil it well, finally, season it with mustard, dry chilly, fenugreek and curry leaves.
