Neyy Vada( Malabar special vada)
Ingredients
maida-2 cup
ghee- 1/4 cup
salt
curd-1/4 cup
sugar-2 tbsp
baking powder-1/2 tsp
sugar-1/2 cup
water-1 cup
cardamom-1/2 tsp
Preparation
In a bowl, add maida, ghee, curd, salt baking powder and sugar, knead it well and make soft dough. Rest the dough for 10 minutes. Melt sugar water and cardamom in a pan. Divide the dough into equal small balls, make the balls in vada shape, then fry it in hot oil. Dip fried snack in sugar syrup for juicy consistency.
