Shawarma recipe in arabic style
Ingredients
• Boneless Chicken – 250 gms
• Chopped Tomatoes – 1/2 cup
• Chopped Onion – 1/4 cup
• Chopped Lettuce – 1/2 cup
• Chopped Cucumber – 1/2 cup
• Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
• Salt – 1/2 tsp
• Pepper powder – 1 tsp
• Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp
• Olive oil – 3 tbsp
How to prepare
• Chop the chicken into small pieces. After placing a pan on the stove, pour two tablespoons of olive oil into it and once it is hot, add the chopped chicken. Saute it a little, then add a teaspoon of black pepper powder, half a teaspoon of salt and half a teaspoon of chili powder. Cook the chicken. The water will start coming from the chicken. Once the chicken is done, we can switch off the flame.
Now take a big bowl and add chopped tomatoes, chopped lettuce, chopped onion and chopped cucumber to it and add the cooked chicken. After mixing everything well, add a little more salt if needed. Now take a chapati or kubboos and spread mayonnaise on it. After that we can put the prepared filling into it.
Heat a pan and pour a teaspoon of olive oil in it, then put the prepared roll upside down and fry it well. Delicious shawarma is ready.
