Chilly chicken and bun porotta
–INGREDIENTS-
for chilly chicken
Chicken – 1kg
Corn flour – 4 Table spoons
Crushed Pepper – 1 Teaspoon
Bell pepper (Capsicum) – one
Green chilli – 5 Nos
Ginger – 1 Inch piece
Garlic – 10 Cloves
Onion – 2
Egg 1
Soya sauce 112 Tablespoon
Chilli sauce 1 Tablespoon
Tomato sauce 2 Tablespoon
Cooking oil – as required
Salt – To taste
Spring onion – 2 Nos (optional)
For Bun Parotta
Maida (All Purpose Flour) – 2 cup
Egg – 1 no
Milk – 1 tbsp
Water – 1/2 Cup
Salt – 1 1/2 tsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp + 2 tbsp + As Needed
Preparation
Marinate chicken with crushed pepper, vinegar, soy sauce, ginger garlic paste, salt, egg, corn flour, maida and oil, then rest it for 1/2 hrs,. Fry chicken then. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste and green chilly, saute it well, then add onion and capsicum, cook it in high flame, add sauces and salt, add a pinch of sugar, add corn flour and water mix, food color and vinegar, boil it well, add chicken, combine well, finally add coriander leaves, then turn of flame.
for bun porotta, prepare a maida dough with maida, salt, water, egg, milk and sugar, rest it for 3-4 hrs, then make porotta.
