Ingredients
raw rice-3 glass
urad dal- 1 glass
fenugreek-1 tsp
cooked rice-1 glass
salt
Preparation
Soak rice and fenugreek together, urad dal separately, then grind it after soaking well. Add cooked rice while grinding, mix the batter very well, then keep overnight for raise. Next morning add salt to the batter, combine well, prepare idli with this batter.
