Anchovy fish curry..
INGREDIENTS
coconut-1 cup

coconut oil
chilly powder-2 tsp
coriander powder-1/2 tsp
shallots-3
fenugreek -1/4 tsp
tomato-1
turmeric-1/2 tsp
tamarind
anchovy fish
green chilly-2
curry leaves
Preparation
Heat oil in a clay pot, add garlic, fry it well, then transfer it to a mixer, add coconut, masala powders, shallots and water, grind it well and make a paste. Add fenugreek to the pot, once it roast it well, add tomato and turmeric, mix well, then add coconut paste, add tamarind and water, add enough salt, boil it well, then add fish, once it boil add green chilly and curry leaves, then turn off flame.
