A healthy breakfast recipe with mushroom
Ingredients
for mayonnaise
garlic-4
lemon juice- 1 tbsp
boiled egg white-3
sunflower oil-1/2 cup
olive oil-2 tbsp
mushrooms-150 gm
pepper powder-1 tsp
salt
chilly powder-1/2 tsp
tomato-1/4 cup
onion-1/4 cup
lettuce-1/2 cup
cucumber-1/2 cup
chapathi
Preparation
Prepare mayonnaise with the ingredients in the recipe. Heat olive oil in a pan, add mushrooms, saute it well, add masala powders and salt, mix well, then turn off flame. In a bowl, add chopped veggies, mushrooms, and salt, combine well. Take chapathi, apply mayonnaise, add veg mix one side, fold it from all sides and roll it , heat it in a pan before serving.
