An instant paalappam recipe with wheat flour
ingredients
wheat flour 11/2 cup
water 2 cup
grated coconut 3/4 cup
cooked rice 1/4 cup
instant yeast 1 tsp
sugar 1 tbsp
coconut oil 1 tbsp
salt 1 tsp
Preparation
In a bowl, add wheat flour, salt and coconut, add water, mix all well, then transfer the mix to a mixie jar, add yeast, cooked rice, sugar and coconut oil, grind it well and make a batter, rest the batter for 1/2 hrs to raise, then make soft palappam.
