Healthy breakfast with wheat flour, no side dish needed to eat.

wheat flour- 1 cup

ginger
garlic
green chilly
coconut oil
salt
cumin
mustard
urad dal
chana dal
turmeric-1/4 tsp
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, add wheat flour, salt and water, mix well and make a medium loose batter. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard and cumin, let it pop well, then add chana and urad dal, next add onion, garlic, ginger and green chilly, saute it all well, next add tomato, mix until it become soft, add turmeric, combine well, then transfer the mix to the batter, combine all well, make dosas with this batter.
