chilly powder-1 tsp

thick curd-2 tbsp
water-3 cup
cashews and kismis
coriander leaves
Preparation
Heat a pressure cooker in a pan, add onion, saute it well, then add onion, after sauting it well add whole spices, ginger garlic and chilly crushed,saute it again for 5 minutes, then add tomato, mix it until it become soft, then add masala powders, mix well until the raw smell gone. Now add mushrooms and other vegetables, combine all, then pour water, after adding salt add washed rice, then cover the cooker and cook it for 1 whistle. Once cooker on, add fried onion, cashew and kismis, and coriander leaves.
