Pathiri recipe for beginners..
Boil 2 cups of water in a pressure cooker, add oil and salt, once it starts boiling, keep a glass of water from it aside, then add rice flour into it, mix well until it thick and non sticky, then transfer it to counter top, knead it well and make a soft dough, divide it into small balls, then use a presser to flatten it, spread rice flour above all pathiri, then cook it in a tawa.
