A very easy appam with rice and coconut. You can prepare it for breakfast.
INGREDIENTS
raw rice
coconut
salt
water
PREPARATION
Soak rice for 4-5 hrs, then grind it with water and salt, and make a loose batter, add coconut to the batter, mix it well, pour more water to make it more flowing. Heat a tawa, pour the batter, round it to spread over, then cover it for cooking, 1 minute later, transfer it to plate.
