Ingredients
urad dal- 1 /4 cup
coconut-1 cup
shallots-4-5
cumin-1 tsp
garlic-1
water
rice flour- 1 cup
water
Preparation
Grind soaked urad dal first, then add it to a bowl, grind coconut with shallots, cumin, garlic and a little water make coarse paste, then add it above the urad dal batter. Grind rice flour with water, then mix it in the batter kept in bowl, mix all together. Take plates, apply oil, then pour the batter, steam it in a steamer.
