Ingredients
egg-1
sugar
maida-1 kg
salt
sunflower oil
Preparation
Mix egg and sugar in a bowl, then keep aside. Take maida in a bowl, add salt, then pour egg mix , combine well, pour water, knead it well and make soft dough. Rest the dough for 3 hrs. After that, apply oil above the dough, knead it well, then make medium sized balls. Flat all balls into very nice layers, then use a kniefe to cut it like small strips, then roll it. Flatten it again, then cook it in a pan, tap cooked porottas for separating layers.
