Rasam Is the best combination for rice meals. Its heal our stomach from upset of food, so having 1 glass of rasam after food is traditional way of eating lunch. Lets see a wonderful recipe of rasam.
INGREDIENTS
for masala
pepper- 1 tbsp
cumin- 1 tsp
fennel seeds
dry chilly-1
shallots- 5 -6
garlic-5-6
ginger
green chilly-1
tamarind
coconut oil
mustard
dry chilly-1
turmeric
tomato-1
salt
coriander leaves
Preparation
Grind, pepper, cumin, dry chilly and fenugreek, then keep aside. Crush ginger, garlic and shallot, then keep this aside. Heat oil in a pan, pop mustard, then add dry chilly and prepared masala, roast it for a minute, next add crushed items, saute it well, add tomato, after mixing it well, pour tamarind water, then add salt and let it heat well, turn off just before boiling, then add coriander, tasty rasam is ready.
