Ingredients
Blueberry – 1 cup

Blackberry – 1 cup
Low fat yoghurt – 2 cups
Honey – 2 tablespoons ( optional )
Chopped Almonds & Pistachios
Preparation
Take berries in a bowl, crush it with spoon, then add yougurt, mix well, add honey and crushed pistachio, then serve it.
