Pathiri is the favourite dish during Ramdan, It is very tasty to have with chicken or beef. Here a wonderful recipe to make perfect pathiri.
Ingredients
water- 2 cup
rice flour-1 cup
salt
coconut oil
Preparation
Boil water with salt and coconut oil, then add rice flour into it, combine well, then turn off flame, after 10 minutes of rest the mix, transfer it to a cloth carry bag, then press it well with your hand until the heat gone, then transfer the dough to a bowl, knead it again and make more soft, then divide it into small balls, flatten the balls in pathiri presser, dust it with rice flour, finally, cook it in a pan.
