A very tasty carrot Payasam
INGREDIENTS

butter- 1 tbsp
sugar- 1 bowl
cashew nuts, almonds, peanut and cardamom powder
milk- 3 /4 ltr
cooked sago- 1 bowl
condensed milk- 3 -4 tbsp
PREPARATION
Grate carrot in a grater. Heat a pan, add butter, after melting it well add grated carrot, saute it well, then add sugar into it, cook it for 2-3 minutes again, now pour milk into it, let it boil well, now add cooked sago, combine it well, next add powdered nuts , mix well, once it boil well add condenced milk, boil it again until it become thick, then turn off flame.
