Ingredients:-
Rice powder -1 cup
Salt as required
Melted ghee-1 tbsp
Normal water(room temperature)-as required
Shredded Coconut -½cup
Jaggery powder -3tbsp(or as required)
Plantain leaf (വാഴയില)
Preparation
First soften the banana leaf with fire, then set aside. Mix jaggerry powder, coconut together, then keep this aside. In a bowl, add rice flour, then add salt and ghee, then pour water, mix it well and make a medium loose batter. Take banana leaves, pour the batter with a spoon, just spread it like dosa, then add filling half portion, and fold the leaf from all side, steam it without keeping this aside.
