Ingredients
cumin and cardamom powder
rice flour
hot water
coconut
jaggerry
Preparation
Melt jaggerry, then transfer it to a pan, boil it well, then add coconut, after mixing well add cumin and cardamom powder, combine well, then turn off flame. Boil water in a pan, add rice flour, then mix well, turn off flame. Once it cooled down, knead it well and make a soft dough, take small portions from it, then flatten it in your hand, add filling, then fold it, make a perfect ball, steam the balls well.
