raw rice- 2 cup
poha- 2 cup

coconut- 1 cup
sugar + coconut water mix
salt
sugar- 1 tsp
PREPARATION
Mix sugar and coconut water together , keep overnight for raising. Soak rice for 4 hrs, then grind it with coconut, soaked poha and water, make a soft batter, then pour coconut and sugar mix, mix well, then set aside for fermentation, mext morning, add salt and sugar, then mix it again, now make soft paalappam with this batter.
