An easy evening snack with bread, only a few ingredients are needed..
INGREDIENTS
bread
onion-1
green chilly-1
coriander leaves
tomato-1
salt
gram flour-3 tbsp
turmeric- 1 /4 tsp
tomato ketchup- 1 tbsp
water
ghee
PREPARATION
Chop vegetables and add to a bowl, then add gram flour, turmeric and salt, then add water, mix well and make a medium thick batter, add ketchup, combine all. Dip bread in this mix and shallow fry it in ghee or butter.
