A cool recipe with leftover porotta..
INGREDIENTS
ghee- 2 tbsp
cashews-1/4 cup
kismis-1/4 cup
porotta-3
egg-6
sugar- 1/2 cup
milk-1 glass
cardamom powder-1/2 tsp
Preparation
Cut porotta into small pieces, then soak it in 1 glass of water. Beat egg in a bowl, add sugar, cardamom, milk and soaked porotta, combine all, add roasted cashews and kismis. Heat a tawa, put a sauce pan above, apply ghee, then pour the whole mix, then cover it with a lid, bake it until it cooked well.
