A special fish fry with sword fish
INGREDIENTS
Chilly powder- 1 1/2 tsp

pepper powder-1/2 tsp
fennel powder-1/4 tsp
salt
lemon juice-1/2
ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
coconut oil-2 tsp
sword fish
oil for frying
curry leaves and onion
Preparation
Take a plate, add masala powders, salt and ginger garlic, mix this with coconut oil and lemon juice, marinate fish with this masala , keep aside for 30 minutes. Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves, then add fish, fry both sides well, then serve it with onion rings.
