Tasty broken wheat payasam
INGREDIENTS
broken wheat- 2 cup
water
jaggerry- 150 gm
coconut milk second extract
thick coconut milk
coconut flakes
cardamom powder
ghee- 2 tsp
Preparation
Soak wheat for 10 minutes, then wash it well. Add it to a cooker, pour water, then cook it for 3 whistle. Melt jaggerry with water, then add to cooked wheat, boil it for 5 more minutes, then add second coconut milk, boil it again for 5 minutes, next add cardamom powder, then add thick coconut milk, now turn off stove. Roast coconut in ghee then add it to the payasam.
