currry leaves

chilly powder-1 1/2

garam masala-1/4 tsp

pepper powder-1/4 tsp

turmeric-1/4 tsp

coriander- 1/2 tsp

PREPARATION

Take putt powder in a bowl, add salt and water, mix well and make a perfect putt mix. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, saute it well, next add green chilly, ginger, garlic and curry leaves, add salt mix well, then add masala powders, after mixing it well add tomato and prawns, cook it well, add curry leaves, then turn off flame. Use this mix instead of coconut for making putt, and steam it well.
